Merchology seeks a Sales Support Analyst to join our Merchandising Department. Reporting to the Senior Merchandising Analyst, the Sales Support Analyst enhances the customer experience through curated product assortments and presentation of our premier product line. This role partners closely with our Sales, Marketing and Customer Service teams.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

A successful Product Merchandising Analyst - Sales Support will:

• Curate the Merchology Product Showroom in preparation for client visits and tours
• Network and build relationships with potential new brands and vendor suppliers to expand Merchology’s product offerings
• Prepare and assist with customer presentations and facility tours, acting as an ambassador for Merchology’s mission and Core Values
• Manage incoming sales requests via our internal ticketing system, Hubspot
• Create custom product bundles to showcase options for potential customers
• Enhance a customer’s existing MerchSolutions company store through adding to their product offerings
• Ensure that our website represents the latest products available by adding new items and features
• Collaborate with the Senior Merchandising Analyst to facilitate trainings for colleagues and customers
• Design bespoke product MerchBoxes to be showcased on [please apply online] Drive potential merchandising decisions by observing and analyzing trends from customer product requests and inquiries

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (marketing, communications, apparel, fashion merchandising preferred); experience considered in lieu of degree
• Two to three years experience with merchandising in the eCommerce space
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple digital platforms; knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Shopify, and Hubspot a plus
• Creativity, confidence, and ability to work independently while building relationships through highly cross-functional projects and interactions
